How do I place a memorial service order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, select your loved one’s memorial, choose a date, and submit your order. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and arrange payment via PayNow.

How do I submit a resale listing?

Go to the Resale section, tap “Submit Listing”, and follow the 6-step process. A one-time listing fee is charged via the App Store or Google Play. Your listing will be reviewed by our team before going live.

How do I subscribe to advertise my business?

Go to the Advertisements section and tap “Submit Advertisement”. Choose a Basic or Premium plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store settings. On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@nirvana.sg with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your GoReach account. We will process your request within 30 business days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy .

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you see a listing or advertisement that appears inappropriate, please email support@nirvana.sg with the listing or advertisement number and a description of the concern.
