Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Go Reach Pte. Ltd. website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Go Reach Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202423611Z) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore.

2. Description of Services

Go Reach Pte. Ltd. provides a range of memorial, bereavement, and remembrance services, including but not limited to:

  • Online memorial creation and management
  • Memorial service booking and coordination
  • Bereavement support resources and counselling referrals
  • Digital tribute and remembrance pages
  • Floral arrangement and memorial product ordering
  • Estate planning and pre-need arrangement services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your account
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may be compromised.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you book a service through our platform, you enter into a binding agreement to pay the stated fees. All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of booking unless an instalment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please review all details carefully and contact us within 24 hours if any information is incorrect.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, particularly during difficult times. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before service: Full refund, less a 5% administrative fee
  • 3–7 days before service: 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before service: No refund, though service credits may be issued at our discretion

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. For compassionate circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss alternative arrangements.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected thereto
  • Use automated means, including scripts, bots, or scrapers, to access the Services without our express written permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—are owned by Go Reach Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services, such as memorial tributes and photographs. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with providing the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nirvana Memorial and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nirvana Memorial, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
