Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. GoReach lists niches for resale on this site and in its app, and every listing is reviewed before it goes live.

Can you collect the ashes from Mandai?

Yes, if you'd like us to. The ashes are usually ready at Mandai the day after cremation. We can collect them and bring them to the garden for the installation, or you can collect them yourselves and meet us there. Family are welcome to attend the installation either way.

Are prices listed online?

Resale prices are, on each suite's page. A new niche is priced by its suite, floor and facing, so we quote for the niche you are considering.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Niches and tablets can be bought with a low down payment and interest-free instalments, which also lock in today's price.

Is there an annual maintenance fee?

No. A one-time fee covers the upkeep: 75% goes to a trust fund managed by Precepts Trustee Limited, and 25% to the garden's maintenance reserves.

What comes free with a niche?

With a niche at the garden: 49 days of Ji Ling service, with two meals and a tea offering each day, the inurnment, and a departure ceremony.

Do the tablets suit any faith?

Yes. The tablets accommodate the ancestral rites of different cultures and faiths.
